If you use browser "Firefox", to be allowed showing pop-ups:
- 1. Click "Extra",
- 2. Click "Settings",
- 3. Click "Content",
- 4. Allow showing "pop-ups",
It might be also ALLOWED OPENING THE EXTERNAL "HTML" WEB PAGES, by clicking the button 'Settings',
after an external "HTTP" web page was blocked by "Firefox" browser, supported by the corresponding information.
Here you have similar options and troubles as it was case with the Google browser.

If you use "Windows Internet Explorer" browser:
- 1. Click "Tools",
- 2. Click "Pop-up Blocker",
- 3. Click "Turn off pop-up blocker",
To read more about pop-ups, click the link below. Note this link, written by HTML (without any kind of the internet
security manager), will not be blocked, that would not be case if the same link was opened within a Java applet
